Your piece is cut and sewn to order in our partner workshops in France. Every creation is unique, no stock, no compromise.
Your order is carefully packed and handed to our carrier. You receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it is collected.
Home delivery in mainland France. The carrier contacts you to agree on a timeslot. You track your parcel in real time.
Accessories in stock
Rods, finials and accessories available in stock are shipped within 48h. No production lead time, just packing and carrier handling.
The stated times are added to the production time, 2-3 weeks for made-to-measure. Average total lead time: 3 to 4 weeks for mainland France.
At each step, you are informed by email: order confirmation, production start, shipment with tracking number.
You can also track progress at any time from your customer account or via our order tracking page.
Each curtain, headboard and cushion is made specifically to your dimensions and fabric choices. These unique pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, they are made for you, and only you.
However, if you notice a manufacturing defect or a discrepancy with your order, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will find a solution: alteration, replacement or credit note.
Standard accessories such as rods, finials and brackets can be returned within 14 days in their original packaging, unused. Return costs remain your responsibility.
